This colt is the sire of Listed Debutant Stakes winner Torture and $3m Magic Millions 2yo classic favorite Warwoven from his first two Australian runners and is out of the winning Rip Van Winkle mare Florencenightngale.

Sword Of State is the leading NZ-based first season sire at the yearling sales in 2025.

Sword Of State first yearlings averaged over $200,000 at the major sales and sold for $540,000, $400,000, A$380,000, A$375,000, $350,000, A$340,000 etc.

Winner of four races at two including the Gr.1 Sistema Stakes.

Multiple Group winning sprinter as a three-year-old.

Won the Gr.1 Sistema Stakes by 3.5 lengths defeating subsequent Gr.1 winner On The Bubbles.

Won the Gr.3 Almanzor Trophy defeating five-time Gr.1 winner Imperatriz.

Won the Gr.3 King's Plate in race record time of 1:08.17

Won the Gr.3 Matamata Slipper by 6.5 lengths in race record time of 1:08.78.

Sword Of State is by Snitzel who was a four-time Champion Sire in Australia.
