Meet Perini Miss
This mare is by the exciting dual Group 3 winner Perast, a fast son of Arrowfield Stud’s Champion sire Snitzel.
She is out of the winning High Chaparral mare Santorini Miss, a well bred mare herself being out of the Group 1 winner Special Mission, She is also half sister to the dual stakes winner Redouble who won over $1.5 million on the track, Redouble is a 2 time Listed winner and a runner up in the $2 million Kosciusko.
Perast was a highly tested racehorse running in no less than 4 Group 1’s throughout his career including when only beating 2.3 lengths in the time honoured Group 1 Stradbroke Handicap, he was a 4 time winner himself winning the Group 3 Fred Best Classic, Group 3 Caulfield Guineas and Listed Queensland Day Stakes earning just shy of $500k in prize money.
Santorini Miss is the dam of 2 foals to race both multiple winners including the 3 time winner Agnodice who has won from 1200m-1400m and our very own Half Crown a 4 time winner from 1400m-1600m, Half Crown was a $5k yearling purchase for Kurrinda Bloodstock and has earned more than $85k on the track.
Like her half brother Half Crown, this filly will trained by Stuart Kendrick at the Sunshine Coast facilities.
This filly is QTIS registered and will have every opportunity to target the lucrative Queensland Filly scheme
