Private Harry’s lineage is a blend of speed and resilience. His sire, Harry Angel, was a distinguished sprinter in Europe, celebrated for his victories in the Group 1 July Cup and Haydock Sprint, earning the title of World Champion Sprinter in 2017. Since retiring to stud, Harry Angel has made a significant impact with his first Southern Hemisphere runners, producing multiple stakes-winning juveniles, including Group 1 Spring Champion Stakes winner Tom Kitten.
Private Harry’s dam, Happy Pilgrim, is a three-time winning mare and a half-sister to Snipzu, the dam of Don Corleone, who notably secured placings in both the Group 1 Blue Diamond and Inglis Sires Produce.
Bred by Rheinwood Pastoral, a boutique farm in Mittagong, New South Wales, Private Harry was presented at the 2023 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale. His athleticism and impeccable conformation caught the eye of Kurrinda Bloodstock and Doyle Racing, who acquired him for $115,000.

We want to thank M.J. Dale Racing and Doyle Racing and also to their staff for taking care of him every day whilst he was with you.
Thank you to the ownership group for letting us fight the fight to do our best to try and get Bosto back to his healthy best and also a thank you to the vets that also tried their best everyday.
